Sandeep Saini is a chartered accountant from India and a fellow member of CPA Australia and CA ANZ. Sandeep describe himself as a hotelier, boasting over two decades of experience in senior-level roles across the hospitality sector, both in Australia and abroad. Sandeep is currently working as the CFO of View Hotels Group, where he reports directly to the owners and the board of directors and works closely with hotel general managers. Sandeep is also responsible for the group's View Estate portfolio, bank financing, trust accounting, and tax planning, in addition to managing the hotel portfolio.

Sandeep’s motto of positioning himself for head of social events is on the grounds of his substantial practical experience in event management and planning and his profound knowledge of the hospitality industry. Prior committee members have elevated standards for social events; Sandeep, in collaboration with Dilip Girglani and other volunteer members, endeavours to elevate the social events to a greater level of excellence.

During his leisure time, Sandeep enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Sandeep rises early, goes for a walk, and practices yoga and meditation three to four times per week on average. Before bedtime, Sandeep enjoys reading or listening to motivational content.
