As the Head of FP&A, Pacific at Avis Budget Group, she leads financial planning, performance optimisation, and strategic decision support for the region, guiding executive leadership through complex commercial environments. 

Mina is recognised for transforming finance functions into strategic enablers through enhanced analytical frameworks, process automation, and strong cross-functional collaboration. She has led major initiatives such as the ANZ rollout of Oracle PBCS, automation of key reporting cycles, and regional programs that strengthened financial visibility and accountability.
